The Café Diaries: Mocha Lattes & Mizner Park

If you’re anything like me, it is virtually impossible to function without a cup of coffee. Most days it’s just me, my favorite mug and the Keurig. And although I like to think of myself as total barista material, there are just some things I need to learn how to accept. This one being that I’m incapable of making any old cup of joe differently than with a simple dash of Hazelnut Coffee-Mate and two packets of Splenda.

Which brings me to how I discovered one of my favorite (and not going to lie, probably most impressive) hidden talents – finding the cutest, most delicious local coffee shops. Today, I decided to bring my sister and my mom to The Seed, located right in the heart of Boca Raton, for our mid-day caffeine fix. One thing I love about this place is how welcoming and mellow the vibe is from the second you walk through the door. Not to mention, they have a mocha latte that could turn anyone into a coffee lover.

Needless to say, we had enough energy to take a quick walk around Mizner Park. Enjoying the shops, scenery and super gorgeous weather, it’s days like today that make me realize how utterly obsessed I am with pretty places and exceptionally tasty cups of coffee.

Shan
