Ahh, The Alchemist. How could anyone not want to go to a coffee shop that is known for having coffee scientists behind the bar turning coffee beans into serious espresso heaven? Well, last week a few of my closest friends and I got to check this place out. Seeing as though it was a typical hot and sunny Florida day, I took it as an opportunity to order “The Alchemist’s Iced Coffee.” AND LET ME TELL YA… you haven’t really lived until you’ve had this perfect concoction of cold brew goodness. Brown sugar, sweetened condensed milk and whole milk mixed in? Yes please.
Even the food menu is a force to be reckoned with. They have everything from Nutella slicers and avocado toast (a personal fave) to pizza and breadsticks. The best part? Customers are welcome to bring their dogs! That’s what I call the perfect breakfast spot.
With such a chill vibe and hip aesthetic, The Alchemist definitely did not disappoint.
